Boca Chica Beach has a rich variety of Restaurants and Bars located on the beach and along Avenida Duarte., the main drag a block north of the beach. There is a place for every taste featuring cuisines of Italy, Dominican Republic, France, America, Germany and more.

A good choice is to have lunch on the beach (fantastic view, fresh breeze) and get dinner on Duarte complete with its entertaining people watching sideshow. Many long-term visitors have discovered several fine restaurants “up the hill.”

From East of the Hamaca Resort & Casino proceeding a mile to the West and the Santo Domingo Nautical Club, “You can get whatever you want at Boca Chica’s Restaurants” (Apologies Arlo)

East of the Hamaca the coast is wild and rocky, but there are three restaurants of note with imposing with terraces on the sea. Enjoy spectacular views in the daytime, romantic sunsets, and “starry starry nights,” (apologies Don McLean.)
