SOUTH-EAST
In Altagracia region, Higuey country, on Yuma river mouth, let us discover Boca de Yuma and its nice beach.
Among La Romana and Bayahibe,there is Altos de Chavon old-spanish village,
with an exceptional view on Chavon river, crossing the unforgettable ''Apocalipse Now'' jungle ,
Altos de Chavon provides an artist village, an archeological museum and a wonderful amphitheatre too.
Restaurants, coffee bars and an excellent pastry shop.
Finally, between the jungle and Casa de Campo there is a spectacular golf green.
NORTH-EAST
On the east cost, Samana peninsula is still mostly virgen, with a jungle rich of fruit trees,
white beaches, crystal and blue water, seabeds to suit all tastes, safe inside the reef and for expert divers beyond the reef.
Samana bay is famous for the whales too. Every year, from January to March, the whales return to Samana from Canada
for mate and reproduce. An extraordinary spectacle that is possible to see.
Opposite Samana town, Cayo Levantado island with fantastic beaches and sea.
On Samana peninsula, discover Las Terrenas, Las Galeras and Playa Rincon spectacular beaches.
Close by the beach, charming hotels in colonial style among gardens,
and restaurants with french atmosphere for romantic dinners on the sea.
Finally, El Limon Falls in the middle of the jungle.

Miches, colourful fishing village and its 8 miles long beach.
